A botanist lady from sivakasi school got her PhD. in the use of vendakai as a curative from bone pain. Bone is composed of calcium.

Made mostly of collagen, bone is living, growing tissue. Collagen is a protein that provides a soft framework, and calcium phosphate is a mineral that adds strength and hardens to the framework. This combination of collagen and calcium makes bone strong and flexible enough to withstand stress.

She was an M.Sc, botany. She used to suffer joint pain of bones for 30 years not knowing a solution. A chance remark from a friend of pain relief from vendakai triggered her to why not try it as relief. She studied pain in joints, bones, and it's relief. Lost pain in joints in her study, in 15 days, following restrictions in eating habits. She was consulted for joint pain and claims she got pain relief in eating raw vendakai heads and body.

Her mental state.
Over a period she became calm, relaxed, peaceful, flowing shanta rasa in face, in eyes, breath, equilibrium, and was balanced. Slowly a change in attitude, behavior, outlook happened. She became keen and interested.

Eating habits. Found. restrictions in eating habits involved no mirchi, green or red, no sambar, rasam, no red chilies. and saw improvement.

Benefits.
The mirchi destroyed the jel which forms in joints of bones acting as lubricants. Instead she added Miri, (acts as a coolant) or black pepper for heat and better life! Tipili and ginger as enhancements for getting more flavor.

Advantages.
Vendakai forms jell in joints and bones, regenerate the jell in bones. ( great news) eat tender, raw every morning, this time is selected as the stomach is empty and would be acted by the bile juices in absorption and digestion or (any time 4 to 6 tender vendakai for 7 days), to get moisture and freshness on the skin. Vendakai has to be soft thin 3 to 4 inches long. The longer ones are tough to eat, fibrous and thick skinned to bite. They grow one and half inches a day. Soft tender 4 inches long had meaningful result.

Method to make an application.

Add wheat flour water to jeera + Miri (black pepper) + to lady's finger and spread it to joints before sleeping and let it dry overnight for 7 nights you apply, as spread to joints. Paint instead of applying as a paste. All joint pains gone in 7 nights application. Apply to heads with knife, fill the ladies finger and eat raw. After an hour experience relief from joint pain.


Discovery.

She discovered that the properties are rich in the head portion more effective. We put it to cows and it has great pulling power. We suffer diseases. Eating raw ladies finger for 2 weeks, can work miracles.

All pain gone in 15 days. This happened 18 years back. Raw Miri (black pepper powder ) acts as a cooling agent in food as it gets digested. It reduces the body temperature. Something to share:

If you like to eat Lady's Finger (Okra), and if you have constipation problem, then give it a try. Eating 6 pieces of Lady's Finger (Okra) everyday for 2 months is certainly good for you.

I prefer to steam the fresh young pods of Lady's Finger (Okra). I also like to put them in boiling water for few minutes and then take them out and cool them on a plate before eating. Taste good (being soft and tender) by adding a little olive oil and soy sauce.

There are many ways of cooking Lady's Finger (Okra), such as fried with dried shrimp or ikan bilis with belacan (Malaysian shrimp paste) and added some red chilies. தியானத்தின் மலர்ச்சி கருணை.

The blossoming of meditation is compassion.

இதுதான் கருணை. உன்னை விட மற்றவர் முக்கியமாக படும்போது, நீ மற்றவருக்காக உன்னை தியாகம் செய்யும் பொழுது அது அன்பு. நீ வழியாகவும், மற்றவர் குறிக்கோளாகவும் ஆகும்போது அது அன்பு. நீ குறிக்கோளாகவும், மற்றவர் வழியாகவும் ஆகும்போது அது காமஇச்சை. காமஇச்சை எப்போதும் தந்திரமானது. அன்பு எப்போதும் கருணை மயமானது.

நான் உனக்கு தியானம் கருணை இரண்டையும் கற்றுக் கொடுத்துவிட்டேன்.
இந்த கதையை உனக்குள் சுமந்து கொள். உனது இதயத்தில் சுமந்திரு. அது உனது இதயத்தின் துடிப்பாகட்டும். நீ தியானத்தில் வேர் கொண்டு கருணையின் இறக்கைகளை கொண்டிருப்பாய். அதனால்தான் நான் உனக்கு இரண்டு விஷயங்களை கொடுக்க விரும்புகிறேன் எனக் கூறுகிறேன்.  இந்த பூமியில் வேர்களும் அந்த சொர்க்கத்தில் இறக்கைகளும். தியானம் இந்த பூமி, இது இப்போது இங்கே, இந்த நொடியில் நீ உனது வேர்களைப் பரப்பலாம் அதனைச் செய். வேர்கள் இருக்குமானால் உனது இறக்கைகள் உயர்ந்த வானத்தை அடையும்.

கருணை என்பது வானம், தியானம் என்பது பூமி.
தியானமும், கருணையும் சந்திக்கும்பொழுது ஓரு ஞானி பிறக்கிறார்.

தியானத்திற்குள் மிக மிக ஆழமாக செல், அப்போதுதான் நீ கருணையில் மிக மிக உயரமாக செல்லமுடியும். எவ்வளவு ஆழமாக மரத்தின் வேர் இருக்கிறதோ, அந்த அளவிற்கு உயரமான சிகரங்களை மரம் அடையும். நீ மரத்தை பார்க்கமுடியும், நீ வேர்களை பார்க்க இயலாது, ஆனால் அவை எப்போதும் ஓரே விகிதத்திலேயே இருக்கும். மரம் வானத்தை அடைந்தால் வேர்கள் கண்டிப்பாக பூமியின் இறுதிவரைச் சென்றிருக்கும். விகிதாச்சாரம் ஓன்றே. உன்னுடைய தியானம் எவ்வளவு ஆழமாக உள்ளதோ, அதே ஆழத்தை உனது கருணையும் கொண்டிருக்கும். எனவே கருணைதான் அளவுகோல். உன்னிடம் கருணை இல்லை, ஆனால் நீ தியானத்தன்மையுடன் இருப்பதாக நீ நினைத்துகொண்டிருந்தால் பிறகு நீ உன்னையே ஏமாற்றிக்கொள்கிறாய். கருணை கண்டிப்பாக நடைபெறவேண்டும், ஏனெனில் அதுவே மரத்தின் மலர்தல்.

தியானம் கருணையை அடைவதற்குரிய வழிமுறை. கருணைதான் வாழும்வழி.
